The 9 camps of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship of Canada provide safe, adventurous places where young people can meet God and enter into a relationship with him. Summer missions program offers high school and university students an opportunity to spend their summer serving God and others while working at camp.

The campus ministries of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship of Canada connect with students in high schools, colleges and universities. Bible studies, leadership development, Christian community and witness bring students into a life-long relationship with Jesus Christ and his mission.

New President Announced

On Sept. 1, 2018, Nigel Pollock will assume the presidency of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship Inc., succeeding current president Geri Rodman, who will remain in the position until that date.

Born in Scotland, Nigel became a Christian as a teenager while attending a summer camp. In university, he joined the University and College Christian Fellowship (UCCF) and after graduation worked for the UCCF in a number of national leadership roles for 18 years. Twelve years ago, Nigel became the National Director of the Tertiary Student Christian Fellowship (TSCF) in New Zealand. Drawing on his love of student ministry, sports and recreation, Nigel has given leadership and directed many camp sessions for youth and adults.

Canadian Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship Inc. was established in 2007 in response to a growing number of friends and alumni in the United States who want to promote ministry to young people and students on campus and at camp.

Through ministries such as Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship of Canada, we reach children, youth and students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by engaging them in Bible study, leadership and skills development, and in Christian witness and service.
